Thanksgiving
Thanksgiving…to give thanks….we have so much to be thankful for this year….first and foremost I (we) are thankful for our health…especially my health with this cancer that has spread throughout my body…And the fact that the chemo and radiation has worked so well in destroying most of those cancer cells….we are thankful for our Lord Jesus Christ and that his Son died on the Cross for us…we are thankful for prayers…and family and friends…we are thankful for our pastors and our church family….we are thankful for the doctors and medical science…we are thankful for those who are strangers to us but in some way have touched our lives…We are especially thankful for our babies….what a long road we took to get them here…and to where they are today…from coming into this world 11 weeks early as preemies weighing 2.13, 2.13 and 3.1 to being a year and a half old and weighing well over 20 pounds…our family has much to be thankful for….
Chuckie Cheese
My first time at Chuckie Cheese with my own kids! Eak!!! And, I only had two of them! Connor, Ava and I went to Waterloo for the day to visit Great Aunt Dee and Cousins Steven and Kristina. (Great Aunt Donna had Skyler). But oh my goodness, what chaos that place was! Little tid bit for you - don't take your kids there on the weekend! The place was PACKED! But everyone did have fun...I can't imagine what it's going to be like taking all 3 there at once though...maybe we'll wait on that one for a while...
Beaver Park

The babies sat outside with Mommy and handed out candy. They did quite well and really enjoyed seeing all the kids in costume. But, after about 45 minutes they started getting a little wiggly. So, they got to taste their first piece of candy - a sucker. And they LOVED them!!! But oh my goodness, what a sticky mess. Slobber all over their hands, costumes, anything and everything they touched (the house, the wagon, etc.).
Helping open the candy...
Halloween
Better late than never, right? Here are the babies at Halloween...2 Bumble Bees and a Lady Bug....the other set of 16 month old triplets in our neighborhood were the opposite of us - 2 Lady Bugs and 1 Bee (as they are the opposite set up). Then, we have 2 other sets of triplets who are 3 now in our little town...The one set came over, and they were Cat in the Hat along with Thing One and Thing Two. It was the cutest! The other set didn't make it over...4 sets of Triplets in our small town now..What's in the water???
